1. What type of file can I send you?
Your image can be a jpeg or tiff.

2. Can you create a plate from an illustration?
Yes absolutely! It must be provided in digital format and saved as a jpeg or eps.

3. Can I use a Black and White photo?
Yes we can use your black and white image, however the background of the photo or image should be predominately white.

4. Do you do kid's drawings? No we don't mould kid's drawings. However, our friends at Pictureproducts do: www.pictureproducts.com.au

5. My image is a large file. Will you accept large files?
We have found that high quality photos will be from 2 to 4 mb. This is a reasonable file size to email to us. You can post your image on CD, however this will add to turnaround time.

1. Can I email you my photo?
Yes this is preferred.

2. Can I send you my photo on a CD?
You can, however this will add to the time it takes to receive the final product.

3. How can I know if my photo is suitable?
Please see our design guide page. Once you have placed your order, we will happy look at your images and advise you on their suitability.

1. How long will it take to receive my plates? It can take from 4 to 6 weeks to receive your finished plates. Many factors influence the turnaround time, such as: how long it takes for you to approve the design pdf that we email to you, key dates such as Christmas and Mother's day.

2. Can I have my plates delivered anywhere?
Yes you can. Simply enter the postal address as the address to which you want the plates delivered.

1. Will my plate look exactly like the pdf proof you emailed to me?
The pdf proof is provided so you can approved the overall design and layout of the text. Most importantly, it is an opportunity to make sure the text reads how you want it and that all names are spelt correctly.
The only point of difference will be a slight difference in colour. Colours change from what you see on a computer screen to what you print. Colours change depending on the printer you use! The pdfs we send you are designed to be viewed on screen and the final plates will be a close as technically possible to the colours as you see them in your pdf when viewed on your computer.

2. Can I make changes to my image/design after you have emailed me the proof?
Yes you can, we just ask that you think very carefully about the change and the final result you want with the aim of changing your design once only.

3. Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds if there are any faults to the plates and/or if the plate design is not as you approved based on the pdf we email to you.

4. Do you offer discounts?
Our prices are discounted according to the number of plates you order. See our price chart for bulk prices.

1. Do you accept orders from countries outside Australia?
Yes we do. We recommend these orders be paid for via PayPal. We also recommend that you email us first so we can assure you are comfortable with your order, and we can ensure we can meet your delivery needs.
