1. What type of format and file should our artwork be (Corporate Plates Not Kids Art Plate Fundraising)
You should layout your artwork according to how you want it to be positioned on the plate. It should be the actual size, position and colour desired. You should then provide it to us as a pdf.

 

2. Can we use a photo?
Photographic images can be used provided they meet all copyright and privacy laws. The end result will be 'photo like'

 

3. Do you do kid's drawings?
We sure do. You can see more information at the Design a Plate Kids section of this website

 

4. Are you affiliated with Picture Products?
No we are not affiliated with Picture Products in any way. Maecher Picture Products Pty Ltd is an entirely separate company. Picture Products do offer a similar fundraising product. You should visit the Picture Products website to find out more. 5. How do I know our logo or design is suitable?
We will provide guidance to you to help you get the plate design you are looking for.

 

6. Do you offer bowls and cups?
Yes we do. We promote plates more strongly as that has been the highest demand to date. We are able to provide bowl and cup options upon request.

 

7. How long will it take to receive our order?
Our minimum turnaround time is 8 weeks from the time your order is placed. You will be notified of the delivery date along with your order confirmation.

8. Can we have our plates delivered anywhere?
Yes. Your delivery requirements will form part of your quote and order.

 

9. Do you accept orders from outside Australia?
Yes we do.
