Fundraising with Design a Plate

For each plate ordered and paid for either online at our website or at your school or kindergarten, we will give you $5 per plate (includes GST) or if you are an Early Bird, $6 per plate (includes GST)

How It Works - The Fundraising Process

Book your fundraiser with us
Call us on 1300 10 28 30 or use our contact form. We will confirm your preferred delivery dates and help you understand how the fundraiser process works and how we handle orders and payment for you.

Promote your fundraiser to parents

Send out your promotional letter to parents. We have a template you can customise. We also provide flers that you can give to parents.

Parents place their orders with us

We make it easy for you! You don't have to manage orders or chase payment. Parents order and pay directly with us. You can still manage your fundraiser and collect money from parents if you want to.

Children create their artwork

We will We recommend that all children do an artwork, even if parents do not order a plate. This way all children are doing an art activity AND we have found more parents order if they see the artwork first! Children can use any medium they like!

Send artwork to us

Simply collect all the drawings and send back to us in the box we provide and all finished plates will be delivered back to your school within 4 to 6 weeks (8 weeks between September and November)

How we make it easy for you

  • Run the fundraiser yourself or let us manage it for you!
  • Parents can place their orders directly with us so you don't have to worry about collecting money.

  • Our system automatically tallies the orders placed by parents so you know how much we will be donating to you.

  • We supply you with a confirmed order list, grouped by each class.

  • Your login to our online enables you to see all orders and track the progress through to delivery.

  • Your account manager will help you keep on track by reminding you when key dates are approaching.

  • Plates are returned to your school wrapped with each child's name and class clearly labeled.

Turnaround Time

In most instances we are able to deliver your plates within 4 weeks from the time your artwork is received by us. Between September to December the turnaround is approx 8 weeks. Call us today and we will confirm your delivery date.

Early Bird

If you want to do a fundraiser for Mothers' day, Father's Day or Christmas - we recommend you be an early bird and secure your delivery date.
