Hints & Tips

This is an example of a typical fundraising schedule for a school, if we are managing orders and payment for you.

  • 1. Promote the fundraiser to parents using the mini poster, letter or flyers provided by us in your template pack (also available for download at left)
  • 2. Parents have two weeks to place their order with us
  • 4. You send the finished artwork to us (Postage Paid by Us)
  • 5. We return the finish plates to your school according to the delivery schedule.

Using Photos

If you want to use a photo for your fundraiser, such as a commemorative plate for a sports or dance group or even a year 6 farewell gift, please make sure you have permission both from the photographer to use the photo (or take the photo yourself) as well as all parents of students who will be in the photo.

  • Photos need to be high resolution (at least 300dpi)
  • Dimensions: 1000 pixels by 1000pixels
  • Just take the highest resolution you can and we will sort it out!
  • We can add any text you like to the plate

Order Early!

Give yourself as much time as possible for this fundraiser. Consider the amount of lead time you want to give parents to order and also how much time teachers will need to facilitate the children's artwork.
